1. Our Lady of Salate, Salate Nager
In 1933 a small shrine made of brick and lime mustered and a “Cross” made of rock built inside the shrine. For the remembrance of the history, still the “Cross” made of rock can be seen inside the shrine. An the most eventful memory of this foundation where the contribution has been made by Mr. Nasarath, planned by Mr. Siluvai Rajan. The shrine was constructed by Mr. Melkias. The inauguration of this shrine in behalf of Rev. Fr. Antony Muthu in the year 1979.

2. St. Antony, Ezhuvilaipattu
In the land of Swamiadiyan the first shrine has been built and it was in
the year 1901. The believer named Arulappan donated the land aside the road and
with the contribution of other believers the shrine has been built and it was
again rebuilt in 1987. Rev. Fr. Mathias inaugurated the great shrine, but the
shrine again rebuilt in 2010 which was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Antony.
3. St. Gerorge, Kalluvilai
In 1955, Mr.
Soosanthony Maistry bought the land from Mr. Meiyal Devasahayam and donated to
the church. During his 25th Wedding Anniversary, he was built this
shrine and handed over to the church.
4. St. Tressa of Child Jesus, Alanchy Jn
During the
year 1960, the land was donated by Mr. Sebastian for building a shrine where
the architect planned by Mr. Silvester and collected the donations from the
believers by Mr. Mariyan Maistry. The shrine is located in the center of the
village named Alanchy. In the top floor there was a statue of Jesus Christ and
this statue was made in the same place. Mr. Dhaveed Maistry contributed his
skills for making this statue and his native place was in Kalimar.
5. Our Lady of Health, Matha Nager
In the year 1961, Mr.
Kurusu Michael donated the land and in 1975 Mr. Rethnamoni donated the fund for
built-up the shrine. Another wonderful feature is that the statue of Matha was
fully curved in wood and the same was inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Maria Arockiam in
1975. Every year Matha festival celebrating by all believers from 30th
August to 08th September and this is the only shrine where the
festival can celebrate.
6. Holy Mother, Neeruvakuzhi
In the
northern side of the village area the shrine of “HOLY MOTHER” has been located
and the land donated on 20.10.1972 by Mr. Varuvel Nadar for the church. The
shrine was built by Mr.Thanka nadar for his only daughter who relief from
throat disease by the grace of god. And this shrine was inaugurated on 1974 by
Rev. Fr. Maria Arockiam and there was a statue in the top floor of the shrine
built-up in the same shrine.
7. St. Sebastin, Kadamankuzhi
Mr. Kurusu Muthu
built a small hut and kept the photo of St. Sebastian and worshipped. And in
the year 1984, Mr. V. Anthony Muthu donated the land for the construction of a
shrine. Initially the believers roofed by asbestos sheet built a small shrine
and in 1998 with the fund of believers in the place started the first flooring
work and the statue of St. Sebastian placed in the shrine and the same was
inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Sahaya Justus on 1999. The remaining two floors works
started and was inaugurated on 10.08.2002 by Rev. Fr. Dynisious.
8. St. Antony, Potthiyanvilai
Mr. Alphonse
paved the way for a shrine by donated the land and built a small hut for the
believers. The statue of St. Antony brought from Puliyampatti St. Antony shrine
church and built a small shrine roofed with asbestos sheet and the same was
inaugurated by Rev. Fr. Mathias. The foundation stone has been laid by Rev. Fr.
Dynisious and later inaugurated the new shrine on 27.05.2003. The area was a
rest place for Saint Francis Xavier during his prophet for the believers and
this is still a belief among the peoples.
